●年の瀬に。
こんなに活気のない年の瀬を迎えるのは初めてのことです。
高度経済成長とともに育ってきた年代ですので、まさに「100年に一度の不景気」が
身につまされます。バブル崩壊後も、いろいろありましたが それは踊らされた
自業自得の人達であり、地道にやってきた者については、
時期がくれば、また元に戻るだろうと、そんなに危機感はありませんでした。
その当時の政治力の強さもあったかもしれませんね。
でも今は「いったい何がしたいの？ 政治家の皆さんしっかりして！」
毎日ニュースを見てはこんな私でさえイライラしてつぶやいています。
ここ数年の製造業の躍進は派遣社員によって支えれ実現してきたはずです。
しかし、人件費の低コストを前提として企業運営をしていくことは 本来の企業努力を怠惰にさせ
企業自体を弱体化される。だから 当初、製造業への派遣はできなかったのではないでしょうか？
もろに、今回の不景気で派遣のかたがたが弾き飛ばされている現状を毎日聞くたび
憤りがこみ上げてきます。
安易な増産をし続け、先行きが不透明になると縮少、首切り。
そして目途が立ったあかつきは、人手不足で大慌て。
ある零細企業の社長が、「自分とこのようなところは社員は家族なんです。
家族は首を切れないでしょう。だからなんとか歯を食いしばってやっていくしかない」
まさにごれが経営責任であると思います。
この年の瀬に、凍えて野宿する失業者達を出したのは、やはりゆるゆるな制度
いけいけどんどん、国策の失敗という評論家の話を聞くたびに
日本は「ご飯がたべられる国」と賞賛されてきたのが「食べれない国」になってしまいそう．．
そんな不安が募ります。
さてさてご縁談の話になります。
昔から「一人では食っていけないが二人なら食える」と言います。
しっかり やりくり上手な伴侶を持つことで、結婚生活はやっていけるものです。
将来が不安だからこそ、二人力を合わせ、難局を乗り越えて行ってくださいませ。
